Local Roots CSA will delivery fresh, local food to Corkscrew Wines, 489 Myrtle Avenue , every Tuesday, 6pm-8pm, June-August. Members can customize their order and choose from veggies, fruits, milk, cheese, meat, and more! Each food group has it’s own price for a 12 week delivery cycle. For example, the Veggie shares from Rogowski Farm  of Warwick, NY offer 4-6 different varieties of produce each week for $168 for 12 weeks, or $14 per week for super fresh and local veggies – not bad!  A Fall season will also be offered August – November following the summer CSA.

Visit the Local Roots website and join today! For orders over $175, enter code “neighborlove” for a $10 discount.

CSA2Through a CSA, Community Supported Agriculture, you pay all at one time for a season’s worth of food from a local farm and then go to one neighborhood location each week to pick up your food. Regional farmers benefit from the relationship because it gives them bulk revenue at the start of the season, allowing them to plan their crops and finances accordingly. Members benefit from this convenient way to feed your family fresh, local, and sustainably grown produce. Join today!
