(Brooklyn, NY, July 28, 2004) - Shopping for gifts and decorative accessories has become a little more convenient for Brooklyn residents with the opening of Frosted Moon Emporium, a new boutique located at 154 Vanderbilt Avenue (between Myrtle and Willoughby Avenues) in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. The shop, which opened on June 16, offers an eclectic array of personal and decorative items, from vases, picture frames and candles to luxurious bath and body products. Frosted Moon also features a distinctive line of hand-crafted children's toys and puzzles.

"We wanted to provide new options for local shoppers," says Ada L. Williams, owner of Frosted Moon. "Now there is no need to leave the neighborhood when looking for beautiful, high-quality gifts for adults or children. We've got it all right here."

Ms. Williams, a refugee of corporate America, managed people and their careers for the National Basketball Association in her previous role as a Senior Human Resources Generalist. She is also a wife, mother and Fort Greene home owner for over a decade. She is now using her creative and organizational skills to provide patrons of the shop not only with a wide array of appealing products, but a warm and comfortable environment as well. "Shopping should be an enjoyable experience," says Ms. Williams. "We want the process to be as pleasing as the items we have to offer."
