SUMMARY:Boothworldwide founder and artist\, Adriene Booth Pop-Up at Green in BKLYN
DESCRIPTION:A custom\, upcycled badge made by Adriene Booth \nJoin Boothworldwide founder and artist\, Adriene Booth\, at Green in BKLYN on Saturday 12/7 from 12:00 – 5:00 pm for an opportunity to meet the artist and discover some new eco-friendly finds\, perfect for gifting this holiday season. \nAdriene brings her badges\, sweaters\, blazers\, and bags — all made from upcycled materials. \nIn Adriene’s words: \nIts time to be a bit more conscious of what we buy. It’s time to repurpose\, recycle\, and reimagine. \nI like to take old things and make them new again. There are so many beautiful\, broken things in the world\, they just need a chance and a bit of love to shine as new objects. Whether combining bits and bobs\, embellishing or embroidering\, using scraps of fabric and ribbon\, I create new\, reimagined jewelry and clothing. \nI find inspiration in all sorts of ways. I’ll see something in my everyday travels that makes me look at an object in a different light. I think about the things I like and figure out ways to create something that translates my curiosity and sense of fun into a wearable form.  \nHer work is wonderful – and so is Adriene. Stop by Green in BKLYN for a lovely time!
