Saba Grocery & Deli is named for the City in Afghanistan where the store's owner is from.  Saba, though with recent changed store name, has been an Avenue stalwart for nearly two decades.  Stop in for small grocery fare:  snacks, soft drinks and more.  Saba carries a small selection of fresh fruits and vegetables and recently added the sale on aluminum baking pans and other useful items in sales bins out front.
