A new kitchenware store, Knife and Spork, opened today in Bed-Stuy at 602 Myrtle Avenue, on the corner of Taaffe Place.  The new shop is carrying “regionally sourced and independently designed cooking gear; unique culinary, EDC, and survival knives; and top-rated appliances,” according to their website.  We spoke with the owner yesterday and he said they’ll be continuously adding new inventory in the next few weeks, adding even more to their currently collection of kitchenware goods.
