2024 Sing for Hope Pianos

We are thrilled to announce that our very own Myrtle Avenue Plaza will be an official 2024 Sing for Hope Pianos host location, one of only 15 throughout NYC.

Beginning Tuesday, June 11 and throughout June, you’re welcome to come view, play and experience spontaneous music performances on our public plaza. The beautifully painted piano, Sunlight Comforter” is the work of Arianna Santoriello (read her artist statement), and aims to infuse the city streets with the abundant joy of summer. The Sing for Hope Pianos are for everyone and anyone to enjoy regardless of your skill level. Join us for two pop-up concerts by Brooklyn Conservatory of Music faculty members, and stop by during the designated hours to view, play & listen!
