Iyengar Yoga

Join yoga instructor Yoko Ohashi and learn Iyengar yoga basics. The Iyengar method develops strength, endurance, and optimal body alignment, in addition to flexibility and relaxation. Standing poses are and postures for deep relaxation are emphasized at the beginning.

Bring a towel and/or yoga mat
