Fabulous mixologist Prairie Rose has been shaking up drinks all over town and documenting her boozy excursions on her awesome blog, Bit by a Fox. She’s coming to Tipsy this Saturday to make a bourbon-Prosecco out of Four Roses Bourbon Yellow Label ($24) and the oh-so-bubbly Zardetto Prosecco Brut Treviso ($14). This is not to be missed.
