We love that Brooklyn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu offer free kids’ self defense classes.

If you missed last week’s, here’s another chance.

Free self-defense class at Brooklyn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu on Fri. September 4th at 4:30pm (not 5pm like the flyer says). Children 6 years of age and older are invited to participate in this FREE ‘No More Bullies’ class to learn self defense moves and prevention tips.

Class is open to girls and boys.
