Cultura, the new pan Latin restaurant located at 413 Myrtle Avenue between Clinton and Vanderbilt Avenues in Clinton Hill is now open for business. The restaurant with it’s warm earthy tones, opened on Friday night to the excitement of neighbors.
Menu items include Cubano Perfecto Mojo (marinated roast pork swiss cheese smoked ham and pickled cucumber); Ropa Viejo (old school ropa vieja slow cooked shredded Cuban beef stew in tomato sauce); Chicaharron de Pollo (adobo rub marinated chicken chunks, served with Cultura smoky chipotle mayo sauce); Chino Latino Ceviche (Gulf coast shrimp ceviche marinated with fresh lime citrus juice, dressing soy sauce mixed with cilantro, avocado, pineapple, red onions, chile jalapeno served with green plaintain).
Owner Bahar and restaurant manager, Olivia, (both pictured above) look forward to making a contribution to delicious and affordable dining on the Avenue: “it’s my honor to be able to contribute to such a dynamic neighborhood. We are looking forward to serving our best to our neighbors,” shared Bahar. Cultura’s cuisine represents various parts of Latin America.
Cultura is located in the former home of Yummy Yummy restaurant.
