Cielo Bar is planning a February opening. For now–the shingle has been hung. The nearly 2000sf bar with shades of light gray and patches of lovely tilework will feature a concise menu of delicious Latin American plates, excellent cocktails and great ice cold beer. Flat screens, private and semi-private rooms in back, 78 chairs (at the bar and around) and special events are a few things to look forward.
