Do you shop, live and/or visit Myrtle Ave? If so, we need your help! Please help us evaluate our work, and understand your priorities and views of Myrtle Ave. The info you provide will help us improve our programs, refine our marketing efforts, and give insight into the types of new businesses you want to see. 2019 Myrtle Avenue Brooklyn BID Satisfaction Survey.

Our survey will be open from August 15th to September 22, 2019. 

The drawing will now be held on Monday, September 23rd!

As a thank you for providing this important feedback, surveyees will be entered to win one of four $100 gift certificates to a Myrtle Avenue store of their choice. (Dependent on the availability of gift cards from the winner’s choice). 

Paper copies will also be available. To request one, please call us at (718) 230-1689. There will also be paper copies & survey boxes at Apple Bank on 418 Myrtle Ave, Brooklyn Public library-Walt Whitman branch on 93 St Edwards St, Whitman Pharmacy 329A Myrtle Ave., and Fort Greene SNAP on 324 Myrtle Ave.
