PS 20 Farms, at Brooklyn’s PS 20: The Clinton Hill School, located on Adelphi Street between Willoughby and DeKalb Avenues, is gearing up to expand and they need your help!

The farm was founded in 2010 as a PTA created and funded initiative. In 2011 the farm provided the opportunity for kids in two classes to get their hands dirty and learn about urban agriculture. In 2012 the program expanded to provide instruction to four classes. This year, with help from the community, they plan to build beds surrounding the school so that ALL of their 14 classes, over 300 students in Pre-K to 5th Grade, will have the opportunity to get their hands in the dirt and learn about urban agriculture!
