The Brooklyn Economic Development Corporation (BEDC) has partnered with a number of neighborhood organizations, like ours and the organizations working to revitalize Fulton Street (FAB Alliance and PACC) to help us gauge interest in particular market sectors in the local area. For Myrtle Avenue, this could mean a new clothing store. For Fulton Street, this could mean a new cafe or coffee venue.
