COVID-19 Vaccination Pop-up

Myrtle Avenue is partnering with Pratt Institute and NYC Health Hospitals to open a COVID-19 vaccination site for qualified individuals ages 12 years and older. NYC Health Hospitals staff will be administering the first dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.

The pop-up vaccination site will be located at 550 Myrtle Avenue and open for walk-in vaccinations on a first-come, first-served basis. No appointment or pre-registration is required. Everyone will be closely monitored for 15 minutes after the shot is administered.
