FREE High Intensity Workout Classes

Join us each Saturday morning, in Myrtle Plaza for free high intensity workout classes this summer!

Beginning June 1st through July, workouts will be lead by health and fitness experts from local Myrtle Avenue businesses. Get your sweat on from 9am-10am and try a variety of workouts, from Boot Camp to Kickboxing.

💪 Boot Camp, Saturday, June 1st – lead by Vitality Health and Wellness

🤜 Kickboxing, Saturday, June 8th – lead by CKO Kickboxing. TWO classes today, at 9am and 10am. Gloves will be provided.

👉 Total Body, Saturday, June 15th – lead by Southbridge Fitness Center

💪 Boot Camp, Saturday, June 22nd – lead by Vitality Health and Wellness

👉 Total Body, Saturday, June 29th – lead by Southbridge Fitness Center
