Join Boothworldwide founder and artist, Adriene Booth, at Green in BKLYN on Saturday 12/7 from 12:00 – 5:00 pm for an opportunity to meet the artist and discover some new eco-friendly finds, perfect for gifting this holiday season.

Adriene brings her badges, sweaters, blazers, and bags — all made from upcycled materials.

In Adriene’s words:

Its time to be a bit more conscious of what we buy. It’s time to repurpose, recycle, and reimagine.

I like to take old things and make them new again. There are so many beautiful, broken things in the world, they just need a chance and a bit of love to shine as new objects. Whether combining bits and bobs, embellishing or embroidering, using scraps of fabric and ribbon, I create new, reimagined jewelry and clothing.

I find inspiration in all sorts of ways. I’ll see something in my everyday travels that makes me look at an object in a different light. I think about the things I like and figure out ways to create something that translates my curiosity and sense of fun into a wearable form.
