What is nookees? nookees is the first click-in system for menstruation underwear. Reusable, easy to change, made out of organic fabrics, 100% free of toxins, and washable.
In Janina’s words,
“I quit my job as a TV journalist in 2016, and took my five-year-old son, Max, on a world trip. On that trip, I used reusable period products but was so unhappy with them I invented my own product and built a company around it.
There are an estimated 500 million women in the world who do not have access to menstruation products, so I also started the nookees Foundation. With each sale, I support period poverty projects in Uganda, Nepal, and South Africa.
Women-led, single-mom business from Berlin with a big mission and lots of love.”
