Know your Numbers – Health Screening

Brooklyn Plaza Medical Center, Inc. will conduct health screenings as part of the Barbershop Initiative for Men’s Health. We will be screening for diabetes hypertension and asthma in addition there will also be very important information about Affordable Health Care Insurance and Medicaid enrollment. Screening starts at 11 a.m. and will go on until 4 p.m.
