Please join us for a FREE 60-min, senior-friendly walking tour along Myrtle Avenue, which will explore the history of the Wallabout neighborhood on Tues, Sept. 15th at 10:30am. The walk will use the neighborhood’s historic architecture to discuss 400 years of local history for the area north of Myrtle Avenue. The tour will include a ¾ mile, level walk. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (718) 230-1689 ext. 6#. Tours will begin at the Walt Whitman Branch of the Brooklyn Public Library at the corner of Auburn Place and St. Edwards Street.
