Volunteer Training: Benefit Kitchen on Myrtle Ave

CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS! Come to this training and become a Myrtle Avenue Benefit Kitchen Volunteer.
What will you learn? Volunteers will be trained to use the Benefit Kitchen tool and how to help others see what benefits they are entitled to.
Benefit Kitchen is a free financial literacy digital platform that connects working families with a path out of poverty. In 10 minutes, users can learn about eligibility and estimated dollar amounts for up to 18 federal, state and local benefits, unlocking up to $13,000 for a household annually!

Myrtle Avenue Brooklyn Partnership will send Benefit Kitchen volunteers to all our programs in Fort Greene and Clinton Hill throughout 2018. Join us to help us complete 2,500 screenings in our community this year!
