Big thanks to the Commercial Observer for its article yesterday on commercial happenings on Myrtle Avenue. Long Island-located Gold Coast Bank is slated to open its first NYC outpost at 81 Fleet Place at Myrtle Avenue in the Fall.
The Bank will be 2000 sf and be located in The Giovanni, the newest local development by John Catsimatidis’ Red Apple Group, located at 81 Fleet Place. The Wine Legend also has a separate lease in place here.
The Giovanni is part of the Red Apple Group’s 4 building complex, which include The Andrea at 218 Myrtle Avenue (95 rentals / 22,000 sf retails, which includes CVS and Red Apple Supermarket); The Giovanni (205 rentals / nearly 12,000sf retail) and the two buildings under construction: The Margo (226 rentals / 11,000 sf retail) and 86 Fleet Place (440 luxury rentals, which will have some ground floor retail).
Gold Coast’s six Long Island locations are in Islandia, Huntington, East Setauket, Farmingdale, Mineola and Southampton. They are expected to be open in the Fall.
