Teens, Adults — open mic night at the Brooklyn Public Library’s Walt Whitman Branch is this Wednesday, August 22nd from 6:00pm to 7:30pm.

Stop in! Perform or recite poetry, spoken word or freestyle it. Feel free to bring your own verse or, don’t worry, the librarians at Whitman will have something on hand for you.
