APPETIZERS

Chef Octavio's soup of the day OR diver scallops lime garpaccio (red rocotto hot pepper sauce and steamed sweet potato) OR mint and strawberry arugula salad (with bularian feta cheese, sea salt, pumpkin seeds, red onion and aged balsamic) OR BBQ baby back ribs and fresh cole slaw

MAIN COURSE

Baked Vegetable Lasagna (aromatic tomato sauce and parmesan regiano) OR leeks and apples stuffed trout filet with spring scallions relish, beluga lentil and chorizo OR medallion of roasted lamb top round (mushroom and goat cheese quinoa risotto and lamb jus) OR free range chicken breast and white burgundy sauce (horse radish mashed potatoes and sauteed greens)
