In this workshop you will learn what it means to be mindful as well as specific tips and techniques to apply when you feel stuck, stressed, or unhappy (including meditations and chair yoga!). You will also participate in exercises that will help you get clearer on what makes you happy, and you’ll create goals as well as a specific action plan, so you can begin to live the life you’ve dreamed about!
