Join Danis Roastery for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and savor a variety of dishes, crafted with the perfect blend of flavors. Equal parts cafe, diner and restaurant, we tried a handful of dishes and they all hit the spot. Whatever you’re craving, the Danis team has you covered. Some menu highlights include:

☕🍳Breakfast: Hot or Iced Matcha & Spanish lattes, cappuccinos, teas & more to pair along with breakfast your way (chorizo breakfast sandwich, omelettes, waffles, pancakes & more).

📢 Help us Spread the Word 📢 - Are you or do you know a Whitman Houses resident between the ages of 13 - 19 years old interested in graphic design and entrepreneurship?

Starting this Monday, come and be a part of the WHITMAN GRAFX program to learn the basics of design, enhance your skills, and get hands-on experience. PLUS, receive a $1,000 stipend for your participation! Limited spots available.

The 10 week program takes place on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5 - 7pm at the Whitman Senior Center. Contact MAP Engagement Coordinator Kenesha Traynham-Cooper to signup!!

About MABP + NStat: Since late 2022, the Myrtle Avenue Brooklyn Partnership has been the implementing partner of the Mayor’s Action Plan (MAP) NeighborhoodStat (NStat) program at the Ingersoll and Whitman houses. NStat is a city-funded, locally-based program that encourages resident leadership and provides resources for the community to create solutions for public safety and to increase engagement. Those solutions are funded with $30,000 that is up for each NYCHA community to spend. The Myrtle Avenue Brooklyn Partnership is proud to facilitate this resident-led program and to help empower communities to have an impact and make change.
