Waza Sushi & Ramen, the upcoming restaurant at 485 Myrtle Avenue, just off of Hall Street, is planning to be open within the next two weeks.

According to one employee, 'waza' is a Japanese word for 'technique' or the (proper) way of doing something. In this case, cooking delicious Japanese cuisine.
