Not interested in having a tree at home? Come enjoy the lighting of the community tree in Fort Greene Park at the corner of Myrtle Avenue & Washington Park. The lighting event will take place on Sunday, December 6, from 4-5pm. Enjoy FREE hot chocolate, cookies from local bakeries, carolers, Santa Claus, and donate to the toy drive which will benefit children right here in Fort Greene through the Whitman Resident Association and Fort Greene SNAP toy drives.
